Delivery FAQs

How much does delivery cost?

We provide FREE delivery to ALL order over £150

For orders up to £150, delivery will be charged at a flat rate of £4.95.


When time will my order arrive?

We use external couriers. Once dispached, we’ll send you a tracking number which you can use on the courier’s website.


Where can I track my order?

The couriers we use are DPD, UPS and Royal Mail. You should be able to track the delivery using the tracking number on the courier’s website once dispatched.

What if my item arrived faulty/damaged?

We do our best to ensure items are checked for damage before getting dispached. Unfortunately not everything is in our control. Please get in touch at if you receive a damaged or faulty item, and we’ll do our best to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.


Why hasn’t my order arrived?

Our delivery commitment is subject to the product(s) that you ordered being in stock and us taking successful payment. Don’t worry, if we cannot ship to you right away, we will be in touch.
We know how important it is to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However there may be times when our courier is unable to deliver your package on time due to factors that are out of our control; for example – extreme bad weather or a broken down vehicle. We can only apologise for this and for any inconvenience caused, and we will keep you informed of the progress.

What happens if I am out?

All items delivered by UPS or DPD will need to be signed for, however, if no one is available to accept delivery at the specified delivery address, the package will be returned to your local delivery depot and a card will be left detailing how to arrange redelivery of your order. For orders shipped via Royal Mail and cannot be posted or accepted, a card will be left and these can be collected at your local Royal Mail Sorting Office.

We will offer a full refund for items returned to us within 14 days of receiving them.

We accept returns in store.
If you choose to return your items by post, we recommend that you return the goods by registered post so that you have proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for any parcels going missing during the transit.
